This is the center tube that runs below the pilot seat on the Tbird I, this should be the same part for the Tierra but may require modifucation ie drilling of new bolt holes. (please refer to your parts mannual for refrance) 
Due to aircraft being modified in the field please make sure the part will work before its installed any modified part is not elagable for returns.
